How to interpret the result

This assessment evaluates S&OP maturity through 50 questions, distributed across five levels:

Level 1 | Reactive
Level 2 | Basic
Level 3 | Structured
Level 4 | Advanced
Level 5 | End-to-End

Each question has two answer options:

Yes = 1 point
No = 0 points

At the end of the assessment, the points from all 50 questions will be added together. Your total score can range from 0 to 50 points.

How to identify your company’s level

Compare your total score with the scale below:

0 to 10 points | Level 1: Reactive

11 to 20 points | Level 2: Basic

21 to 30 points | Level 3: Structured

31 to 40 points | Level 4: Advanced

41 to 50 points | Level 5: End-to-End

Example

If you score:

Your company will be classified as:

Level 4 | Advanced

Other examples:

17 points → Level 2 | Basic

26 points → Level 3 | Structured

35 points → Level 4 | Advanced
